Past weekend I went to Antwerpen (Belgium) with one of my best friends, checking out Theo glasses. We went actually to their offices, which I really wanted to see because it has a very nice painted wall (I met the artist that day!). The actual shop is located on the Eiermarkt (near the Hilton).. and I’m totally excited! I mean, Theo glasses! Belgian stuff
The above picture is a screenshot from the Theo website (I hope they don’t mind hehe..), but these are the glasses I am going for: VINGT+UN. Of course, my friend didn’t like them being black, she said I’m to dark, but that’s me!
Wim Somers and Patrick Hoet are great designers. Just like lots of others in Belgium, they are trendsetters. They have also an exposition in the Design museum of Gent. Twenty glasses are shown there, for 20 years of Theo.
